The biggest Ukrainian phone provider Ukrtelecom propose special prices for international calls up to May,31.

Prices per minute for calls from regular phones to:

Russia, USA, Canada, China, Australia, Israel and regular phones in Europe – 0,15 $USA/1,15 hrn.
SNG countries (former Soviet Union countries, except Russia) - 0,25 $USA/2 hrn.
All another calls - 0,5 $USA/4 hrn.

Special prices aren’t available for some phones. For details call 8-800-506-8-800 (I’m not sure that they speak English so better ask your Ukrainian friends to call)
