KyivPost – the most popular Ukraine's English-language newspaper that is available for free at many of the hotels and restaurants that attract Westerners.

Emergency phone numbers

There is no the universal emergency phone number in Ukraine. Probably we'll have universal phone number soon and it'll be 112. But for now Ukraine has a different emergency number for each of the different emergency services:

101 - Fire
102 - Police
103 - Medical
104 - Gas leaks
